PLANNING YOUR VISIT
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What should I wear to Mt. Roberts Baptist?
You'll find people in blue jeans and t-shirts, with others wearing dress clothes. Please feel free to dress comfortable!
Where should I park?
There are two guest parking spots near the front of the church, along with handicap accessible parking. Please use the stairs or the ramp to enter the front of the sanctuary. If visiting for our Wednesday evening meal, please enter the fellowship hall via the ramp to the basement between the sanctuary and the outdoor pavilion.
Does Mt. Roberts Baptist offer nursery services?
We have volunteers in the nursery during Sunday School, with special Wee Worship classes during the sermon for children ages 2-8. We also have a cry room at the entrance of the sanctuary with a view into the sanctuary via a one-way mirror.
What type of preaching and worship should I expect?
Mt. Roberts Baptist utilizes a blended style of worship, including both traditional hymns and contemporary worship music.
Our preaching style is typically expositional, where we carefully look at a passage of scripture in the context of the situation it was written in while applying it to our experiences today.
